Here you can read the terms and conditions for participating in competitions at Compumail.dk Our competitions are held either via our official social media channels or through our newsletter.

Participation

The specific competition will state how to participate. On our social media channels, this will typically involve liking, sharing, or commenting on the post. If the competition takes place via the newsletter, it is required that you are subscribed to the newsletter.

Selection of winner

The competition will state how the winner is selected. In most cases, the winner will be drawn randomly from among the participants. The winner will be notified directly by email or via social media. 

Contacting the winner

If you win a competition at Compumail.dk, we will contact you via the social media platform where the competition was held. If it is a competition via our newsletter, we will contact you by email. We will also announce from our official account who the winner is.

To receive the prize, you must respond within 3 days after we have contacted you and provide your name and address. This information is necessary for us to send the prize. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, the right to the prize lapses, and we reserve the right to draw a new winner.

Delivery of prize

Once we have received your name and address, we will send the prize as quickly as possible. By agreement, the prize can also be picked up at our pick-up point at Høgemosevænget 1, 8380 Trige.

Special conditions

Prizes won in competitions at Compumail.dk cannot be exchanged for other items, cash, or gift cards. The value of the prize is stated in the competition. Standard warranty rights apply to prizes won at Compumail.dk. 

Employees of Compumail.dk are not allowed to participate in the competitions.
